The dictionary identifies the Oxford 3000TM keywords, the most important words to know in English. These 3,000 words are used as the defining vocabulary so explanations are easy to understand. The full Oxford 3000TM list can be viewed and downloaded from the dictionary CD-ROM to use as a revision checklist or as a basis for a vocabulary syllabus.
